Mental Health Diversion (MHD) and Preliminary Hearing Readiness
The period for reporting readiness for a Mental Health Diversion applications or Preliminary Hearings opens 8:00 a.m. three days prior to the scheduled hearing and closes at 12:00 p.m. one day prior to the scheduled hearing.
