Effective August 10, 2026, Sacramento Superior Court implemented a new case management system for all criminal cases. As a result, a new public portal has been established to access these records and for document filings. The new portal will serve as the check-in system for trials, preliminary hearings, and mental health diversion. Criminal cases are available on our portal, which will provide the public with online access to view limited case information.
Public kiosks are also available for viewing digitized records at the criminal front counter located on the second floor of the courthouse. For assistance with accessing criminal records, you may call 916-874-8881.
Please note that cases prior to August 10, 2026, may not contain digitized documents.
